I think the reason I am so protective over Sansa as a character is because when people call her “weak,” “useless,” or “stupid” for managing to endure Joffrey’s abuse and not “fighting back like Arya would have,” I think of all the real life abuse victims who are told the same thing - that it was their fault for not getting out of the relationship in the first place. And that’s not okay.
